Salt in Multiple Sclerosis

It is important to control your salt intake and remain within the recommended daily amount.

Stuffed butternut with quinoa

This low-salt recipe lets you treat yourself while remaining careful with salt.

Recipe for 2 people

    Ingredients:
  • ½ butternut
  • 1 shallot
